How long does it take to ship the products?

Runwaytrash will ship within 2 business days of your purchase. We currently only ships within the U.S.  If you would like us to ship internationally please email us and we will try to accommodate you. Packages will be sent via USPS Parcel mail. If you need to expedite shipping, message us and we can arrange for an extra cost. 

If you have not received your order within 10 days of your purchase, please contact us immediately.


What if I want to return a product?

All sales are final. Please keep in mind that most of our items are vintage and will be sold as is. Vintage items are pre-worn items and will develop some wear and slight imperfections which is expected. At Runwaytrash, we will do our best to describe the condition and measurements of each item as accurately as possible. Please do not hesitate to email us if you are unhappy with your experience, we are here to make your shopping experience at Runwaytrash a positive one!


Can I try on the clothes?

Yes! You are able to try on any of the clothes at our store in Long Beach, California. If you would like to try on a specific item, please call or email us beforehand to ensure that we keep the item in the store when you arrive.


What if my item is damaged?

All sales are final. If you received a product that is damaged, please email us a photo of your item, order number, and the item name and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you purchased a vintage item, please keep in mind that vintage items are pre-worn and will develop some wear and slight imperfection which is expected. Please note that lighting, computers and cameras can cause a slight difference in color of the photographed item.
